Delivery Info
As a wholesaler we offer a free trade delivery to our clients as standard.
If you require a two man delivery please contact us for a quotation.
The minimum order for delivery is £800.00 exclusive of VAT.
Free delivery to mainland UK (Highlands may incur a small charge).
We ship internationally and will provide a quote on a per order basis.
We / our transport company will contact you 5-7 days prior to delivery to confirm the date. As we operate a multi-drop facility it is not always possible to confirm the time, however, we aim to supply an am or pm delivery slot and fit in around you as much as possible.
Trade delivery means the goods will be delivered to your door / the pavement. Unless otherwise agreed the driver and House and Contract are under no obligation to deliver the Goods inside your property or to your client or other third party.
All Goods are delivered by a third party carrier and the driver is often unaccompanied. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to take delivery. Please advise us in advance of any parking restrictions and provide a parking permit if required.
Goods not delivered at the agreed time due to inadequate facilities, parking restrictions or customer absence, will incur a 10% non-delivery fee.
